The chapter begins with Kashimo entering the battlefield, and Urame follows soon after. However, Hakari Kinji stops Urame from interfering. Now that it’s not the battle of the strongest anymore, everyone’s priority has to be stopping Sukuna.

However, because Kashimo has already declared his intention to fight the King of the Curses, Hakari is there to support him from unnecessary troubles. Hakari uses his Domain Expansion, and Urame uses his Ice Formation technique.
The ice continues to fall on the battlefield when Sukuna pulls out Yorozu’s cursed tool, Kamutoke. She made it using a Binding Vow of death. The King of Curses uses the tool to launch an electric attack on Kashimo. But Kashimo’s cursed energy has made him resilient to electricity.

Kashimo asks Sukuna, “Did you become the strongest, or were you born as the strongest?” The exact words might slightly differ in the official translation but feature another parallel between Sukuna and Gojo. The question is the same as what Geto asked Gojo.
